This site is dedicated to Dr. T. Colin Campbell, whose book “The China Study” drove me to change my diet and my life.
Allow me to be your guide to a plants-based diet, fitness and lifestyle, and address questions or concerns you may have about adopting or staying on track. It is easier than you expect, and I’ll tell you why:
There are countless websites and blogs out there about “becoming vegan”. However, some people may have reservations about trying a vegan diet due to negative impressions of other aspects of veganism. Rest assured it isn’t necessary to agree with all tenets of veganism to reap the health benefits a vegan diet!
I’m sure it doesn’t sound appealing at first (and probably sounds like a huge sacrifice, assuming you’ve been eating animal products for decades), but I guarantee there are plenty of your favorite recipes you can prepare without animal products. You may find you are unable to taste the difference from the animal product versions, or at least will enjoy them as much or even more.
