This site is dedicated to Dr. T. Colin Campbell, whose book “The China Study” changed not only my diet but my life.

Allow me to be your guide to a plant-based eating, fitness, and lifestyle, and address questions or concerns you may have about adopting or maintaining a healthy track.

Some people may have reservations about trying a vegan diet due to a fear of losing pleasure of foods, or negative impressions of other aspects of veganism. Rest assured it isn’t necessary to agree with all tenets of veganism to begin to reap the health benefits a vegan diet! You can “lean in to it” gradually, as Kathy Freston endorses in “Veganist”.

I understand that one can’t easily change her eating habits. It probably sounds like a huge sacrifice to give up meat, fish, chicken, much less, milk and eggs. However, I will demonstrate you can prepare and enjoy most of your favorite foods without animal products. In fact, you will likely not be able to taste the difference from animal foods, and will quickly grow to prefer plant-based foods, because they taste better, benefit your health and are good for the planet.
